What snow removal covers.
Gold
Cleared before 11 am, at a flat rate, with unlimited visits and ice melt.
Silver
Cleared before 5 pm, at a flat rate, with unlimited visits and ice melt.
When we come out
Parking lots are plowed from 2 inches of snow, and sidewalks are cleared from a skiff.
Our own equipment
Our own skid steer and plows, and ice melt on walks and entrances.

We agree which areas to clear when we talk through your property, so the plan fits the site.

Winter service runs November 1 to April 30. Clearing times are our target; in a long storm we clear as the snow stops.
